Try doing this exercise at the beginning of your back workout as a warm-up/1st exercise. It will activate everything a muscle in your back, and by using the cable single handles you will activate even more lat and mid back muscles. Supersack that with banded clockwise and counterclockwise as well as back-and-forth shoulder stretches. I do about 3 to 4 sets in total. There's no better exercise that a barbell shoulder press. I've been alternating between seated and standing shoulder presses. When pushing the weight upwards, imagine also splitting the bar in half, this helped me improve dramatically in both feeling the working muscle as well as lifting more weights. #slowprogress #PowerBuilding #BuildingStrength #StrongerEveryday

You GOTTA TRY this incline chest fly variation. Using kettlebells instead of dumbbells will keep tension on the outside of your arms causing more Pec activation. This exercise if by far my FAVORITE chest fly movement as of now πŸ‘ŒπŸ»πŸ”₯ try it out for 3-4 sets of 8-12

I was craving some lemon blueberry ice cream last night so I made it at home and topped it with some coconut flakes. Recipe: 300g Yogurt of choice (I used lactose free high protein CarbMaster yogurt) + 1/2 cup frozen blueberries + 2 tbs lemon juice. BLEND well and top off with some coconut flakes. Freeze for a couple of hours and serve. πŸ‘ŒπŸ»πŸ˜
