In 2013, I was inducted into the Ski Jumping Hall of Fame after my World Cup title win and World Championship title. I watched 4 of my teammates get inducted last night in MN and visited the museum with all the archives 💯 #usanordic #americanskijumping #skijumpinghistory

Thank you for all the wonderful birthday wishes 😘 A couple years ago I pieced today that I was born on the first of a month, on a Monday, at 6:30am, on my exact due date. I find it funny because it pretty much describes how I go about most of my days, scheduled, planned, and on time. This year brought lots of smiles and another Olympic experience —> 24 here we go 🌞 .

I have been training in a different manner this summer- outside the gym and surrounded by the mountains. This is making my body stronger and my soul happy. I trained close to 500 hours last summer and results did not reflect that. The only thing you can do from a tough year is to learn and change the plan. #trustyourself #changetheplan #nikewomen .

If you ask anyone who knew me 8 years ago, they would tell you I disliked yoga. I always had this feeling that is was slow and boring. But of course, I changed and now I do yoga one way or another almost everyday. Whether I’m in a class or on my own, I always feel better after a little flow and stretch. I love hip openers and I am slowing progressing on inversions. Comment below with your favorite yoga pose ⤵️ Any chair lovers out there? 🤪 #yogalife
