Saxon Shore Estate Agent  Images of pretty Faversham & Kent coast life, mixed with the odd home or two. Where would you like to live? #thesaxonshoreway #lovewhereyouliveinkent

Another photo taken this weekend as part of @love_yourcamera’s fantastic photography course. This time of the beautiful allium’s at @belmonthousegardens. It’s not quite RHS Chelsea but a display such as this cannot fail to cheer your soul. Is anyone visiting the Chelsea flower show this week?

Tonight on the Saxon Shore. When we were setting up our family business, one of the first things to do was to come up with a name. Estate agency is full of companies named after their founders and partners. We wanted a name that spoke of our family, our love of this area and our heritage. The Saxon Shore has always been part of us. It’s where we go to relax, reboot and refresh. It’s where we holidayed, visited family, walk the dogs and create memories with the Shorelets. So Saxon Shore was born, and our most favourite bit of the Saxon Shore Way is this very spot, don’t think we’ll ever tire of looking at it. Would you agree? 📷Derek Cole

Take a look at this cool, stylish kitchen/living space. The latest home to be marketed by Saxon Shore. This is a three bedroom, Victorian, family home, close to historic Faversham’s town centre.

A rebellious shot 😉 One of the perks of being an estate agent is that you get to see what’s behind a front door or what’s over the garden fence. Often what we find, tucked out of view, is a surprise. A garden oasis, or a statement kitchen, a stunning view or a warm, happy family home. .
If you have ever wondered what gems can be found behind a locked door, Faversham has open garden and open houses schemes running in over the summer where you can get a glimpse of some rather surprising homes and gardens. For more information visit The Faversham Society.

My Monet moment.

Such a lovely way to spend a morning, strolling around @belmonthousegardens with a camera and lovely company as part of @love_yourcamera photography course

Even on a grey day Faversham is full of hidden treasures, love the quirky mix of buildings and the history connected to every step. It was lovely to see my town with new eyes whilst having a photographic walk around with @love_yourcamera. I remember visiting @theyarndispensary when I was a child, back then it was a chemists. The wooden draws, then filled with magical potions, are still there, just today they are filled with crafty delights. Lovely to see how these old buildings adapt with the times.

It's that time of year when we starts to think about the annual Faversham Garage Safari in aid of the Faversham Creek Trust. Once again Saxon Shore is proud to sponsor this fantastic community event by donation £10 to the trust for every board erected around Faversham advertising the event. If you would like to support the Faversham Safari, and the Creek Trust by hosting one of our boards please get in touch

Spring is flying today past! It’s hard to believe that we are a little over a month away from the longest day. For now we will just celebrate what this beautiful season has to give us

You couldn’t meet a nicer neddy than this one. This is Willum, he’s the kindest, gentlest soul. He is patient to the point that the smallest shorelet to the oldest agent has been able to have a trot out with him. He looks after the younger members of his heard and stands his ground when there are battles, often protecting his family. He’s a bit clumsy, very comical and a credit to his owner @katespillett. Today is Willum’s 11th birthday, he’s been very poorly lately but he still looks incredible, is still his cheery loving self and we hope to have him with us for a long while yet. Happy Birthday young man xx
