Start inΒ Adho Mukha Svanasana(Downward-Facing Dog). Exhale and step your right foot forward between your hands, aligning your knee over the heel. Keep your left leg strong and firm.

Inhale and raise your torso to upright. At the same time, sweep your arms wide to the sides and raise them overhead, palms facing.

Be careful not to overarch the lower back. Lengthen your tailbone toward the floor and reach back through your left heel. This will bring the shoulder blades deeper into the back and help support your chest. Look up toward your thumbs.

Be sure not to press the front ribs forward. Draw them down and into the torso. Lift the arms from the lower back ribs, reaching through your little fingers. Hold for 30 seconds to a minute.

Then exhale, release the torso to the right thigh, sweep your hands back onto the floor, and, with another exhale, step your right foot back and return to Down Dog. When the fuck did it become appropriate behavior to be condescending to people. When the fuck did people become so self important that they have the authority to judge and criticize everyone else.
Because when it comes down to it you have a big fucking ego because you're fucking weak and it's easier to run your mouth and attack others rather than improve and face yourself.

Grow the fuck up. I'm over people thinking it makes them tough and strong to make fun of other people. How fucking old are we? If you want to be tough try walking around with kindness even though you might get hurt.
You're so tough because what.. You've been through bad shit? Now your impenetrable! You're so fucking strong!

Guess what. We've all been abused. We've all been through tough shit. And a lot of us use that to be compassionate towards other. A lot of us choose to grow and be strong.

You're not special because you're an asshole. You're just taking up space and wasting time. So much good can be done in a lifetime and every second you act like a dick is just a waste.

And yes. You're opinion is just for you and it's just an opinion. It doesn't make you right and even though you're only goal is to "win" you clearly haven't, you missed to whole fucking point of life.

Keep your tailbone tucked under, belly drawn in, and heart forward.Release the tension in your shoulders and stand tall, reaching up through the crown of your head. Place the palms of your hands on your lower back, with your fingers pointing towards the ground, as you draw your elbows together.Take an inhale as you lift up tall through the crown of your head and focus on drawing your belly in, keeping your core strong. Exhale to arch your spine back, only go as far as feels comfortable for your body. You can keep your neck in line with your spine, looking forward, or drop your head all the way back.

Remain here for three to five breaths. Focus on opening your heart as you deepen your backbend. Remember to keep your abs engaged and continue lengthening your spine.

I'm appalled by our country, to be honest I've been for quite awhile. The shootings, the rapes and assaults, the trafficking, the hate crimes, the brutality, the fucking violence... I mean we're all "be grateful, best country in the world THIS IS AMERICA YOU'RE SO LUCKY" but I don't fucking feel lucky to be here. I feel afraid, all the time. I feel terrified for my children every second. I feel fucking trapped here.

All of this awful fucking bad shit.. it could happen to your kid. You could be standing over your child's body one day, your child can be taken and put into a nightmarish torture we can't fully imagine, your child can be abused.. attacked.. assaulted.

What is life.... February is a very challenging month, a tragic loss of an amazing person, a sexual assault, on top of that there is always a lot going on in February.
My eating habits have been.. unexcusable. The fatigue, unbelievable. I don't like wasting a second of life but I find myself just struggling to stay together through the month and make it to March. I've been getting flashbacks again, of more than just the death or the assault.. but every difficult experience I have faced. Severe health struggles, stalker, family troubles, it just rushes back and exhausts me. Even as I write this.

I need a break. If I can just make it through today.. then I can worry about tomorrow, tomorrow.

Straighten your arms, lifting your torso and your legs a few inches off the floor. Press down firmly through the tops of your feet. Strongly engage your leg muscles to keep your thighs lifted off the floor. Keep your elbows pressed alongside your body. Drop your shoulders away from your ears and lift your chest toward the ceiling. If your neck is flexible, tilt your head to gaze toward the sky. Your thighs should be firm and turned slightly inward. Your arms should also be firm, slightly turned so that each elbow crease faces forward. Actively press your shoulder blades into your upper back. Keep your elbows hugged in to your sides. Broaden across your collarbones and lift your heart. Glide the tops of your shoulders away from your ears. Distribute the length of the backbend evenly through your entire spine. Hold the pose for up to 30 seconds. To release, exhale as you slowly lower your torso and forehead to the mat. Turn your head to the right, resting your left ear on the mat. I'm not sure if I should write a happy Valentine's day, say how you should really be showing the people you love how you feel everyday, or just completely ignore the day because I haven't actually celebrated Valentine's day in 7 years.
