Fast little shoulder workout yesterday with @strengthbykieran ! I tried a scoop of the caffeine free cotton candy @bangenergy pre-workout & i felt suchhh a good pump throughout this entire workout😍 i have a video coming soon with a mini little review on the product, 😇 but here's a little summary of this workout from yesterday:
1. Battle Ropes... not necessarily for shoulders but a great way to warm up the entire body. I did 4 sets for 30 seconds throwing them to the ground at the same time in both hands as hard as i could 😅
2. Military press... not one of my favs because I feel incredible weak in my shoulders/arma, but still gives me the biggest burn. I was only able to do 5 reps with 10 lbs. on each side which is less than I could before, so I'm definitely going to start incorprating these into my shoulder workouts more often!
3. Front/Side Raises... honestly these are just a staple in every shoulder workout of mine at this point.. you just can't really go wrong. If you wanna feel a huge burn in your front delt... these are the way to go🤗
