Seriously NOTHING exciting here (I use IG mostly to journal where I am at in life - because I have THE worst memory) Anyways, today is day one of week two of my strength cycle. I'm at around 65% of the numbers I was doing around 8 months ago. However, from last weeks efforts, I'm up 7.5kgs on my snatch, plus 10kgs on my clean and push press and added an additional 15kgs on my front squats. Dunno if it's muscle memory coming back to life, a little more confidence, the two hours of zen/meditation/ yoga shit I did yesterday, the dry needling I've been receiving for my back and hips, the hectic crossfit wods lately, tracking my sleep patterns, laying off the booze or just a combination of all of it? 🤔 But whatever it is, I do enjoy this rebuilding phase and spending time on the @bounceweightliftingclub platform!
