Who else is prepping food today?! This took about twenty minutes:
▫️Pan Seared Wild Caught Rock Fish
▫️Oven Roasted Sweet Potatoes (these I made yesterday!)
Everything lightly salted and coated with either organic extra virgin olive oil or extra virgin coconut oil for some crispy, delicious flavor! @russ_allen_ is always my grill master, so the meals that don’t include fish are usually rare steak, pork or chicken from the crockpot🤤I’ve put myself on a 40 day challenge - 9 days in and enjoyed Taco Bell on Super Bowl Sunday🌮🏈, but so far consistency with meals, training & cardio has proven successful!! I don’t play with my macros by eating a bunch of different foods - when I want to be consistent it’s easiest for me to stick to a few different protein, fat & carb sources. There’s always a variety of seasonings and sauces we like to add for flavor that’s healthy and calorie free too! Of course, we LOVE indulging - but when we have goals to accomplish and stages to step on, there’s nothing we won’t do to not only obtain our best, but make sure the next time is always better!
