Abs on machine rhyme or reason to this randomness - just a “whatever the hell I feel like day” and an opportunity to change it up (and stimulate) while @ifbbpro_russ_allen stick to our ah-mazing new training plan!

I go through phases and it’s time to start putting more effort into things, like my gym attire. For awhile it’s been my personal soccer mom clothing line😜, not an ounce of makeup & buns all day!! I’ve been doing lots of reading though, and it’s important for us females to do things that make us feel good in order for our confidence to shine! Even during our careless moments, we have to admit we don’t have that extra pep in our step compared to days we put extra effort into just washing our hair, taking a hot bath with yummy smelling oils, or even just putting on clothes that make you feel SAF! I think our men appreciate it matter how many times they assure us how sexy our pineapple buns🍍and baggie T’s are!! Do things that make you feel good!! This will shine onto others around you and make them want to feel good too.

Food for 💭...self discipline is the ability to make yourself do, what you should do, when you should do it. Whether you feel like it or not!! Anybody can do it - if they feel like it. But, it’s when you don’t feel like it and you do it anyway that will allow you to develop the self discipline that makes everything else possible in your life. @ifbbpro_russ_allen

I hope you all are having an amazing day - I don’t know about you, but I’m feeling pretty disciplined lately. Remember that discipline is not p u n i s h m e n t. It is a n e c c e s s i t y for growth. 😉❤️

Happy Monday, Everyone! Woke up this morning for 5am cardio with a thought-out plan for the day....and n o t h i n g went as planned (hence why I’m not a fan of planning)! Maknugget was sick, so (thank goodness) entrepreneur life allowed us to work from home!! This also meant getting caught up on #housewife duties while baby girl and @ifbbpro_russ_allen watched Superman, ate Subway and built a fort. At the end of the night, I can’t help but breathe deep and re-realize how good life is, even when baby girl is sick👌🏼

Smith machine deadlifts superset with Bulgarian split squats
Machine glute kickbacks superset with leg extensions...3-4 sets, HEAVY!! Following this up with a 30min HIIT sesh on the treadmill
