So this was a just over average day for me. I only added an extra 10 minutes on to my walk to the shops and back because I wanted to reach my 6000 goal mark before I got home. So if I'm not losing weight with my steps looking like this then I eat too much chocolate!! 😂 ohhh and too many scones with jam and cream
I recently started wearing my fit bit again since @abetterme_jackiejane visited and I can say it has pushed me twice since wearing it to make it to my goal (6000 steps) and past 10,000 steps! If you wanna add me to Fitbit my email address is firstname.lastname@example.org
Sooooo it's been awhile! Nearly a year really! I made two babies! 👶🏼👶🏼 two gorgeous fraternal girls which are now nearly 12 weeks old. I have decided to get back into healthier eating and even though I can't really do much in the way of exercising right now I have started watching how many steps I'm taking.
