“Be prepared or prepare to fail” •

If you want to reach those goals you have you prepare!! Yes food prep takes time but it’s so worth it to get those results! Eating a balanced diet is far more likely to get you those results rather than grabbing food on the go! To get those results you have to put the work in. Take some time today to prepare some of your food for the up coming week! Here are my three top tips for preparing:

1) Batch cook - make meals that you can freeze that way if you get stuck you have food in the freezer
2) Sit and write a food plan of what you going through eat for the next 3-4 days and then write a shopping list of what you need. Stick to the list!
3) don’t write food plans too many days ahead because if your like me you might change your mind & then you might start resenting the plan

My ladies & gent smashed my Legs, Bums & tums class last night! Each & everyone of them worked so hard & pushed them self to their own limits. As I say in all my classes “Do not worry about the person in front, the person behind to the left or to the right, the only person you should compete against is yourself!” •

Proud that my class went down well last night & is already full for next week! •

💧Promotes weight loss - drinking water removed the by products of fat, reduces eating intake (water fills your tummy up) reduces hunger & raises your metabolism! Been hungry & thirsty are both very close feelings so next time you think your hungry take a drink of water maybe your thirsty?•

💧Flushes out toxins -gets rid of waste through sweat and through voiding (passing urine) which also then reduces the risk of UTI & kidney stones•

💧Improves skin complexion - water moisturises your skin, keeps it fresh, soft and glowing. •

💧 Maintains regularity - aids in digestion as water is essential to digest your food & prevent constipation •

💧Natural headache remedy - helps relieve and prevent headaches which are commonly caused by dehydration•

💧Save money - water is much cheaper than a lot of fizzy drinks & juices!


Five tips to help you drink more water:•

1) Have a glass of water with every meal and snack•
2) Add some flavour to your water eg sugar free squash or chopped up fruit chunks if you don’t like plain water •
3) Eat more fruit & vegetables their high water content will add to your hydration. Around 20% of our fluid intake comes from food•
4) Keep a bottle of water with you in your car, at your desk or in your bag •
5) Start each day with a class of water! •

For those of you who regularly ask me I drink between 2-3 litres of water a day depending on what’s going on. Over Christmas I’ve hardly drank any & my body can tell.
