This Chenin Blanc is fermented with natural yeast and went through 100% malolactic fermentation. Its has notes of pineapple, acacia and flint. #winewednesday

This Prosecco is a permanent fixture on our list (it is @i_am_ben_runkle's favorite!). Made in the traditional Col Fondo (on the lees) method, it finishes its fermentaion in the bottle. Slightly cloudy with a little sediment, it is worlds apart from mass produced Prosecco. It is light and refreshing, and perfect on a sunny afternoon.

It's #winewednesday which means half price bottles of wine starting at 5pm! Last week we highlighted some of our favorite reds. This week we're talking whites and bubbles! Swimspot from @lewiswines is a rereshing, lightly effervescent white blend. Its a true Texas wine, grown here, made here and meant to be drank here!

One last #winewednesday shout out. EVS Windblown is a Southern Rhone style blend from the Texas High Plains. Incredibly drinkable, it is a knockout paired with red meat. @broccellars Carbonic Carignan is an amazing wine made in Berkeley from 130+ year old never grafted vines in Anderson Valley. All natural yeast, carbonic maceration creates a unique expression of the varietal.#winewednesday

Let's get weird with this Loire Valley bottle from winemaker Brendan Tracey. He's a punk rocker from New Jersey who moved to France and learned to make wine. He uses only natural yeast and semi-carbonic maceration. Wah Wah is a blend of Grolleau and Cot (aka Malbec), it is lightly effervescent and best enjoyed slightly chilled. #winewednesday

Let's not leave #TexasWine out. @lewiswines are one of the most exciting new wineries in the Lonestar State and their 2012 Newsom Tempranillo is a great example why. This full bodied wine goes great with our Burger or a Steak! #winewednesday
