We've been making some menu changes lately, and I really wanted to do a distinct and delicious oyster preparation that wasn't too far away from the half shell. This Southern style fit with the balance of the menu, and also I think will be really accessible for people that don't typically enjoy oysters

"The real show-stopper was an Old Bay Capellini, served with blue crab, sea beans, and Parmesan. I've never had a dish like it; the flavor of the sea infused every bite of pasta.
