Just because it's Friday doesn't mean to skip your workout!! Yes I try to make excuses too-I am sore, I am tired and I am busy but I made time. If you want it, you need to make time. And trust me, once you start seeing your progress you won't want to stop! You will start looking forward to your workouts. They will be YOUR time, after all YOU are your biggest and most important commitment. Trust the process!
