I don’t do this very often, but i just feel like sharing a piece of my mind.
I guess it’s true when they say we can’t really choose what will happen to us. However, we can choose how to react towards it. •
I’ve been having this discussion with everyone around on how do we attract positivity? I used to be very skeptical about it. I used to think that I couldn’t do it. I thought I was never good enough, and if things didn't go my way I would be very disappointed and upset for no particular reason.
Then I realized I was being so negative almost 80 percent of the time and it was exhausting. •
So I started to change the way I think, mom said it's as simple as waking up in the morning, be grateful that we have another day to live, fill our head with good thoughts and keep saying good things to ourself. •
Somehow by doing that it turns out we are making our own form of energy and that energy effects our performa throughout the day. And it really does! I don’t know about you guys, but since I've tried it I've been feeling a lot happier, and more content with myself... and if things don’t go my way, I believe there’s always a good lesson behind it that makes us even more grateful to the situation that we’re in.
