Who knows if weight lifting become my medicine. Can’t get enough of this comfy super red legging. Especially when do some superset move like squat and deadlift. Super love these i would like to repurchase it again please? @madcast.official

Yeay it’s saturday which means i wanna to eat my fav snack plus frozen yoghurt. This just another exercises you can do with your kettlebell with my partner @ratih_dewiaulia. Each exercises do for 45 seconds and 15 seconds rest. Last move was wall sit but we don’t have people who can record for us. Have a nice weekend guysss

Another movements that i still workin' on.
This is another HIIT cardio that i've tried and it'll burn your fat.
And these movements are:
1. Jump to double squats. 2. Toe touch to plank. 3. Side to side squat. 4. Plank jacks. Do these exercises 45 seconds on and 15 seconds off. Repeat this circuit for 4 times. Happy workin out people

Dumbell Excercises:
1. Dumbell front raise (3-5kgs)
2. Dead lifts (4-8kgs)
3. Stand Dumbell press (3-5kgs)
4. Push-up
5. Alternatate overhead lunge (5-8kgs)
Do each exercise 12-15 times each and repeat for 3 or 4 times through.
