Another movements that i still workin' on.
This is another HIIT cardio that i've tried and it'll burn your fat.
And these movements are:
1. Jump to double squats. 2. Toe touch to plank. 3. Side to side squat. 4. Plank jacks. Do these exercises 45 seconds on and 15 seconds off. Repeat this circuit for 4 times. Happy workin out people
