occasionally you have a to draw a line and challenge yourself to go be active. because you have let yourself go...you've been too lazy....so you get frustrated and just need to prove to yourself that you've still got it. (i'm referring to myself...not you) 😜 i came out to my favorite trail tonight with a goal of only two miles. my hopes weren't high and it's been about 7 months since i've actually ran. but guess what? i managed to do 3.6. what the heck?! 🤗🤗🤗🤗 just wanted to spread some encouragement and motivation you lovelies. get out there and surprise yourselves. 💕💕💕
i am oversharing like crazy today. sorry not sorry! today has been one of the best! there was a little shopping, sonic drinks, two parks, a 2hr bike ride, and it was topped off with a spontaneous driveway firepit bbq with the best neighborhood you could ever ask for. and i will be going to bed with a very full and thankful heart.
