  20 GNR's and 2 WMM's (London, Chicago )but never really train. However time to change, currently following a 10K training plan with park runs tooπŸ˜€πŸƒ

Tried the 5K pacer app to day. Was good to go a bit faster for a change πŸƒπŸ»β€β™‚οΈπŸ˜€

A week after the GNR and running with 57000 people I thought I would do a park run on my own. Used the Newcastle route. Went out too fast but was pleased with the run πŸ˜€

Battery died during the home straight😬 had a great day. Saw a lot of casualties, more than normal. Right training for GNR no. 21 starts now!!!

Scottish training camp.....well went to see The League of Gentlemen in Glasgow. So did a 5k run along the Clyde before breakfast (😱all you can eat!!) but in my head it was a Scottish training camp !!

3 miles by the river Tyne. Non stop and felt good. You know I might win this GNR. πŸ˜€
