Lost my hat, lost my earphones, bad day at work. Soooo only a mile. Tried to push and go a bit faster.

A cheeky mile along the Tyne. Should have been longerπŸ™„ my early morning experiment on Thursday has taught me there are no life distractions at 5am!!

Rubbish Run. Everything went wrong. Rushing around before hand. Phone crashed. Ended up doing a mile. I feel as my runs get longer the best time to fit them in is in the morning. I like to get to work at 7am that would mean a run at 5am!! I struggle in the mornings - need coffee to get me going. Any tips in shifting the runs to early?
