Some motivation for this humpday, it also turns out im training legs today so look like I got squats on the agenda 😈 always had pretty big legs but thats probably thanks to being Brazilian 🇧🇷😂 my legs look tiny compared to how they are now, cant wait to shred and get my striations back🙂

What waist? 🌪

When training back, I focus on the stretch and squeeze the most. Forget the weight and drive those elbows back. If all is right, you’ll feel it and wont be able to go up in weight. Whats your favorite back exercise for width? Mines definitely lat pullover

#throwback My strong points have always been my back and arms, but what I struggle with is my chest and deltoid. Now they may not be small but they deff are not proportionate to my arms and traps. Instead of avoiding this muscle and leaving it to be something that will always be lacking symmetry. I’ve been training them at the start of the week after resting and hitting them with as much intensity as possible. Because at the end of day we can either pat ourselves on the back or kick our own ass. You best believe im gonna kick my ass until my goals are reached 🏃🏽‍♂️#getafterit
