"After two back-to-back Cat 5 Hurricanes I was at my heaviest @ 241 lbs with a 39 inch waist. I decided to give RP a shot after squeaking by my weigh-ins with the USCG. The competition was an added bonus. I learned that no one is going to meal prep for you and that when you fully commit to the meal templates, they work wonders. Yes, I even ate ALL my veggies. I kept it simple, mostly. Sweet potatoes, broccoli, spinach, chicken, ground turkey, and walnuts were all staples in my diet.
I coupled the diet templates with the Men’s Physique Training Templates. The hardest part of the process was doing all the dishes from meal prep. To be successful Just rate your workouts consistently, stick to the plan, and stay the course. The magic of RP will follow. My success was directly proportionate to the effort I put in both in and out of the gym. If you’re reading this and on the edge of trying RP… Do it! Jump in and fully commit! I lost 16 lbs, 2 inches in my neck, and 3 inches on my waist. I finished my cut around 9 weeks and then switched to maintenance and maintained the past month and a half at a weight of 225lbs-226lbs.
