It's such an exciting time and I'm sure you're still on cloud 9! However I know all too well that once that excitement has died down, those feelings can turn to fear, stress, overwhelm...and everything else in between.
Becoming engaged is one of those moments that should absolutely be celebrated, and you should take your time to revel in all the excitement with your other half. There is no rush to jump into planning mode straight away. Live in the present, enjoy the now - because trust me, before you know it you WILL BE in full force planning mode!
And whilst planning a wedding can be one of the most amazing experiences, it can also become a bit too much sometimes. When you're already trying to split your time between a full time job, family commitments, a social life, hobbies etc - sometimes finding time to even plan a wedding can be near impossible, and confusing. With so many "how to guides" posted out there, it can be a minefield just trying to figure out where to even start.
How do you know what's right for you as a couple? What kind of wedding do you really want? Wedding planning isn't about just ticking off a series of tasks from a checklist.
Once you've come back down to earth and you're ready to hit the ground running with your planning - have a read of my guide by following the link my profile.
