So since this semester started I have been eating mostly food that has been prepped in advance. This one is @minimalistbaker s pumpkin chocolate chip bread that I made into muffins. First off.. they’re so good!!! Second.. they’ve proven to be very convenient. I froze them and I just heat them in the microwave when I’m ready and I’ve got a hot, delicious, pumpkiny snack 🤗
😋cooked up some taters. I've got some little "sausage" bits in there too. Next week is finals and all I've been eating is beans and @lennyandlarrys cookies, which I love, but I was craving something else today. I can't wait for this semester to be over!
So today I did cardio the first time since this semester and it KICKED MY ASS. I was on the elliptical and I had to do less intervals, lower resistance and half the time than when I was regularly doing cardio over the summer. It was a reality check for sure!
So far... not soooo good. I haven't posted in a about a week.. this week is week three of school and it's just getting crazier and crazier. I strength trained twice last week, not four times.. AND went to veg fest this weekend and ate some vegan doughnuts.. and ate about a whole bag of coconut cashews from Trader Joe's so eating hasn't been going too well either. I think I'm going to start #highcarbhannah's meal plan because I've been very successful when I'm meal prepping in the past. When I dont plan ahead my boyfriend has to bring me peanut butter toast at work..
For breakfast I had some sweet cherries over oats and almond milk. For lunch I just had some rice and veggies with tempeh. I ate a banana before I hit the gym 🍌and I'll post what my workout was later 💀#veganmuscle#whatveganseat#vegangains#cleaneating
