But on the other hand I feel more stressed, am eating less healthy, waking up more tired, feeling less fit. Etcetc. 😝
I think it's hard to find a good balance between training hard en frequent and also trying to build-up 2 businesses AND trying to have meaningfully relationships with the people that mean the most to you. πŸ˜“

After 3 weeks I finally went back to the gym and my motivation is higher then ever. 😎
Here you can see me superset the incline benchpress on the smith machine with the (forgotten) overhead DB pullover
As I explained in Roemerhastips # 9 I like to combine heavy presses with other more isolating chest exercises.
With the benchpress it's all about strength but still trying to push my hands inward when holding the bar. With the overhead pullover I focus on the excentric movement (up>down) and really stretch as far as possible and also really squeeze your hands together in the DB when going back up. βž–βž–βž–βž–βž–βž–βž–βž–βž–βž–βž–βž–βž–βž–βž–βž– Tag a mate who could use these tips for growing their chest! πŸ–’ Happy and safe training! ❀
