I have been slacking in the gym the last 2 weeks and I have mixed feelings about it. 😓 ▫
On the one hand I've had a lot of studio time and now a bunch of new projects to release. Also I have been very busy with setting up my own personal training business, which is a good thing obviously 😊. ▫

But on the other hand I feel more stressed, am eating less healthy, waking up more tired, feeling less fit. Etcetc. 😝
I think it's hard to find a good balance between training hard en frequent and also trying to build-up 2 businesses AND trying to have meaningfully relationships with the people that mean the most to you. 😓
