Crunches are Bad for You? My pet peeve. Anything is bad for you if you do it incorrectly! Use your abdomen in the right way, engage the right muscles and watch you abs change. You’ll need cardio BUT if you learn to use your core in the right way with correct alignment, your waist can appear thinner and leaner without losing a pound. It’s all about the technique. This video is stage one!
