RM 67-02 Automatic @alexispinturault
One leitmotif of Richard Mille since the very beginning has been opening horology to active collaboration with partners at the pinnacle of their respective disciplines, and the brand excels at combining technique with sportiness.
The RM 67-02 Automatic Alexis Pinturault is faithful to this philosophy.
For his latest addition, Richard Mille wished to update the extra-flat RM 67-01 by adding a sporty quality to its rare elegance.
The development engineers were given a single directive to comply with: to create a watch that would guarantee, under all circumstances, the genuine ‘symbiosis’ between the sportsman and his watch which the demands he is subjected to by his sport practice render absolutely crucial.
Alexis Pinturault joined the Richard Mille family in January, 2014.
The French-Norwegian skier revealed his potential very early on, winning the Giant Slalom Junior Champion at Garmisch-Partenkirchen in 2009, when he was just 18 years old.
Alexis asserts his natural competitive spirit with a clear objective: to become one of the best skiers in the world.
In 2017, he pulled ahead of legendary French skier Jean-Claude Killy in terms of victories, thanks to a 19th World Cup win, achieved in 2 minutes, 23.99 seconds in giant slalom on the slopes of Adelboden, Switzerland.
