Today was a great day to try a different restaurant that could accommodate my food needs, so I selected "The Doughbird." Oh me oh my...#glutenfree #vegetarian pizza!! I had wild mushrooms with goat cheese and kale! Normally the pizza had fontina cheese bu I asked for the substitute. I loved the thin crust it reminded me of Italy! Hubby had the meat pizza with gluten 😜 (last photo). If you do not have severe allergies, then you must stop in and give The Doughbird a try for yourself! It's a great spot for large groups too (located in the Arcadia area). And the staff is awesome, one of the employees from the front of the house to come by and make sure that I was okay with one of the ingredients in the dough!
