Tight chest? #Lacrosse balls are a great tool for helping to #gain that extra bit of #mobility needed to achieve a position. If you have a tight #chest try spending 1-2 mins laying on the ball.

Tight chest? Give this a shot! Set up a band above shoulder height - Loop the hand through and pinch the band -Turn away from the band with you palm facing up -Hold for 30sec to 1min then swap sides.
Repeat between sets as needed.

BACK SQUAT - This #squat may be one of the best #exercises you can do. It focuses on developing leg #strength primarily & has endless variations with tempo, pauses or equipment (think barbell, #dumbbell, #kettlebell or sandbags)
A few focus points will help you out:
1. Break almost simultaneously at the hip and knee
2. Squat as low as you can while maintaining a neutral lumbar
3. Not everyone needs to go below parallel but anyone squatting for sport development should consider it
4. Keep the eyes forward & knees tracking over the toes
5. Stand up & squeeze the glutes
