7w4d. Here he or she is! Still growing on schedule, with a strong heartbeat at 152bpm 💛 Being completely transparent, at the 5 & 6 weeks scans we noticed quite a few pockets of fluid in the uterus above the sac. Definitely not a typical finding at that stage, but we hoped it would resolve. It appears at this point that the fluid pockets have resolved but we now can see a small Subchorionic Hemorrhage to the right of the baby (dark patch). This is a pretty normal and frequent occurrence. At this point we feel a bit more confident, having an answer and we are hopeful this will also resolve/reabsorb but we understand this could cause a hiccup. Our Dr. is not concerned at this point and we are keeping a positive attitude. If anyone has had experiences with SCHs, please share with us! We appreciate every single comment, prayer and bit of encouragement. Thank you so much for lifting us up. This process is HARD. xo Happy Holidays, friends.
