When training arms these are the top 3 things we focus on each workout, set, and rep: -

1) When performing tricep exercises we like to focus on keeping those elbows in tight. Try to limit those arms from flaring out this will help in focusing the effectiveness of the exercise on the triceps.
2) Don't skip the simple! Sometimes the most effective exercises are the most basic and simple movement's which include triceps dips. Take advantage of them.
3) Always focus on the mind muscle connection! The lockout is very important when training triceps and you don't have to go to heavy on the weights you use for the exercise to be beneficial. The tris only contract 100% when the arms are fully extended.

I want to introduce you guys to Sherilan. She is a working mom of three with an undeniable drive. She started the 21 Day Challenge in September. She gets up every morning at 4 am for fasted cardio. She then proceeds with her day of getting her family ready for school and getting herself to work. She always pushes herself, meal preps and gave herself no excuses when it came to her goals. Her dedication to herself and the 21 Day program has resulted in over 30 pounds lost and a decrease of 8 percent body Fat in 3 months. 1) 2 exercises we like to focus on the stretch and lengthening of the lower and to help tighten the skin and portion around the lower portion of the abdomen. This is especially helpful for women who have had children.
2) 1 exercise that is a compound movement which incorporates several muscle groups.
3) Always focus on the mind muscle connection! Breathing is very important when training abs and you don't have to go to heavy on the weights you use for the exercise to be beneficial.

I can't express how much I'm looking forward to This! °°°°°°°°°°
Ever since we finished the last 90 Day we have been working on making it better and improving it to supersede all of the previous challenges. With so many new faces who will start this process in January and many other's who have completed them before we only expect improvements, many more jaw dropping transformations, and sustained results! °°°
The goal is to not just create better looking physiques in addition we want to create and build healthier lifestyles for all our women. With health complications like diabetes, high blood pressure, kidney failures, cancers, and many more issues concerning womens health at an all time high we want to build a community of not only strong and beautiful women, but healthy women who will live happily to support their families and see their great grandchildren grow up! °°°°°°°°
Health is the new wealth and no matter how much money you have you can't enjoy it unless you have the time to invest in.
