Meet Mary Chan, Regional Associate Head of Digital. "In Singapore, people are more reserved and not as comfortable sharing their point of view in a group setting. In Hong Kong, there is a mix of cultures and a great balance of terrain, between city and nature. In New York, there is a good work/life balance. We start work earlier and leave work earlier than in Asia because we have longer commutes. It is common in Asia to get a job close to home, or move closer to work. New Yorkers don't take actual lunch breaks (In Asia we eat as a team and go out and take time for lunch.) People in the US are generally more independent. We talk a lot." -Mary on the cultural differences of working in Singapore, Hong Kong, and New York. #humansofredfuse
