stop!! sleeping on his development 🗣🗣 katsuki has been developing SO MUCH recently and it makes me so happy? seeing him like that is literally all i’ve ever wanted to see and the fact that this is only the beginning of his development makes me!! i still can’t get over chapter 165 (i think that’s the number) where he saw his old self, his flaws, in the kid he met. the fact that he didn’t want him to turn out like his old self makes me emotional because katsuki realizes and Knows that he was something considered horrible in the past. he realizes and acknowledges his mistakes and is slowly growing up. also in that chapter, katsuki also dealt with a situation in a completely different way than his usual angry self and that is Huge development. it’s because he’s seeing that there are many other ways to deal with things that don’t involve aggressiveness. and the fact that katsuki remembered shouto’s past with his family as he was suggesting ways to deal with the kids calmly is so considerate of katsuki because he didn’t even try to fight or argue with him and listened to him and did what everyone agreed to. and with izuku, he’s building him up, motivating him to get stronger and inspiring him to be better DIRECTLY. he’s so considerate and caring of izuku right now, and izuku couldn’t be happier. izuku, a person katsuki used to bully and hurt at every chance he got. he’s becoming a so much better person. yes he hasn’t apologized yet but i believe actions speak louder than words. i’m not saying he shouldn’t apologize, but i know eventually he will. this is just the beginning. also, katsuki’s thinking towards what a hero should be has completely changed. he’s now saving people by winning. he’s now cooperating with his teammates rather than focus on winning no matter who it brought down in the process. he cares so much about his family, friends and even rivals. katsuki is not some cold character no matter how intimidating he appears to be because his actions speak right through him. i cant wait to see more of his Amazing development and the fact that it’s slow paced makes it SO MUCH MORE EXCITING and enjoyable. i’m so proud of him words really can’t describe how proud.
