Never thought I would say this but really enjoying this gymnastics wod.
5RFT 400m, 16 strict pull ups and 6 strict HSPU'S. I scaled, it should have been 9 Strict deficit hspus but I am way off that. Happy that my HSPU'S are making progress after only 3 weeks on the #jstcompeteprogramming

Apparently intermittent fasting makes you weak. If your macros are bang on, you can be lean and strong.
160kg on the bar just 5kg short of a double bodyweight front squat.

So proud of these guys and how far they have come. So after 150 wall balls, they finished off the session with 30 Clean and Jerks. 1 rep every 30 seconds working on form.

Can't believe it was only 3 weeks ago these guys were on the transformation course, now they are smashing out a clean and jerk complex on the minute with ease. The transition course focuses on the technical moves.
