Vegan protein bowl 💪 Quinoa, black bean, red pepper, mushroom, and cauliflower. Avocado as well would have been nice but it was so good even without it.
Also, I just want to mention for reality's sake that I do not have a great relationship with food currently. I love it, I just find eating to be a chore the majority of the time. I lost a lot of weight in the past few months. When this happens, I spend a while on pinterest to find new recipes and get excited about cooking again. When I do start vlogging, food will probably play a big role in them. I need to gain weight but I'm not willing to start eating meat again to do it. I've been pescetarian for a decade. (!!!) I'm really looking forward to sharing my experiences with food in relation to my mental and overall health, my struggles, and how I find my passion for cooking and eating again. 😊
