Black bean brownie #recipe 1.25 C black beans, 1/2 C buckwheat Flour, 1 C steamed kabocha squash, 10 stevia drops, 3 TBSP almond butter, 1 C almond milk, 4 TBSP defatted almond butter, 4 TBSP carob powder, 2 TBSP ground flax seeds. Blend it put in the oven for 40 min on 350-400.

Smoothie. Frozen berries, spinach, almond milk, protein powder and tiny avocado. Having Hashimoto’s has made me have to alter my diet again and again. I went from being vegetarian/pescatarian to vegan to no fruit and now back to eating some fruit and some animal products. It’s been a long journey and I’m still on it.
