Rachel Wallace  A little bit of spunk and a whole lot of Jesus | INDY | BMW 6/20

“Has anyone by fussing in front of the mirror ever gotten taller by so much as an inch? All this time and money wasted on fashion—do you think it makes that much difference? Instead of looking at the fashions, walk out into the fields and look at the wildflowers. They never primp or shop, but have you ever seen color and design quite like it? The ten best-dressed men and women in the country look shabby alongside them. If God gives such attention to the appearance of wildflowers—most of which are never even seen—don’t you think he’ll attend to you, take pride in you, do his best for you? What I’m trying to do here is to get you to relax, to not be so preoccupied with getting, so you can respond to God’s giving. People who don’t know God and the way he works fuss over these things, but you know both God and how he works. Steep your life in God-reality, God-initiative, God-provisions. Don’t worry about missing out. You’ll find all your everyday human concerns will be met." Matthew 6:27-33 The verse that started my love for flowers. They are a reminder of how much He loves me

This photo speaks worship to me. It's eager, it's genuine, its unity. It reminded me that as long as I continue to worship, no problem I face will ever be bigger than God is in my life. His name cannot be overcome. When we raise our hands and reach out in worship it's not for a chance to touch God it's a connection because He has already extended arms towards us.

Happy Birthday Abigail! Nothing makes me happier than seeing dear friends after a long time ❤️

I see the world in color 📷 @abbyfloyd

Over the last couple months God has been teaching me about light. John 1:5 "the light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it." Light shines brightest in the darkest places. I think it's so amazing that Jesus went into the darkest place - death. In order to give us the chance to know God and to have light in our lives. I've asked myself this question a lot this month and I urge you to ask yourself. Am I willing to walk with Jesus into the darkest places of the world and not allow it to overcome me but allow Him to illuminate me in order for others to have the chance to see the light of God?
