Can't wait for @spyra and @marcello to come by tomorrow so we can chow down on this tagine! I cut up a whole chicken and made the stock this morning. Included: backyard lemons I preserved, dried figs, dried apricots, and olives. Definitely one of my favorite dishes to make.
