We’re onto day 3 of the @sayhellowellness #PWR retreat with @kelseywells and I can truly say each day just keeps getting better and better 💚 last night we focused on gratitude🙌🏼 and how even when faced with hardships, positivity 🙂 and gratitude will always be the more rewarding path to choose. Kelsey inspired me so much that I’m going to challenge myself to start a gratitude journal and commit to writing one thing that I’m grateful for every day! Over the MOON 🌝 ecstatic about how amazing 💞 our first night of the @sayhellowellness retreat was!

@kelseywells is one of the most inspiring women 💃🏼 who preaches loving yourself 💞 and looking to fitness 🏋🏼‍♀️ for feeling good about yourself, empowering yourself, and taking care of your body. 🙌🏼 It’s not for how you want to look in 3 months or for 👙 summer - it’s a life long pact you make with 🧘🏼‍♀️ yourself to take care of yourself so that you can successfully give to your loved 💚ones around you! ALSO - amazing reminder from Kelsey as well: get rid 🙅🏼‍♀️ of guilt, be nice to yourself and have positive 💁🏼‍♀️ self talk ALWAYS - it’s not something you do for a few days, it’s something you implement for life. Make it yourself:
1/4 frozen banana
1/2 cup frozen riced cauliflower
3 handfuls spinach
1 tbsp @vivanaturals spirulina
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
2 scoops @f_factor 20/20 chocolate protein powder
Toppings: 1/4 cup @julianbakery Pro granola, drizzle @pb2foods & a few blueberries! ✨

When it comes to 🍽 dinners, I’m all for quick, easy and obviously delish! 😋I think I’ve found one of my new go-to’s, which is this @explorecuisine edamame pasta! 🍝
Here’s why I love 💚 it:
💫loaded with 24g plant based 🌱🍃protein (been trying to do less meat & this also means I don’t have to cook any meat 😉)
💫comes in with 20g carbs/13g fiber which means only 7g net carbs! 💫tastes GREAT - you wouldn’t know the diff from regular pasta
💫it’s AFFORDABLE 🤑 and you can find it at @costco - how can you not love that? ✨
I paired mine with some sautéed spinach (one huge handful), cherry tomatoes, mushrooms, lemon, salt, pepper and chili flakes 🌶🍅 ✨

October in FULL swing, aka @f_factor 20/20 Pumpkin Spice Donuts 🎃🍩 (even if the weather in LA doesn’t feel like it quite yet 😂😉) ✨
Here’s how to whip these up yourself:
💫2 egg whites, whisked
💫2 tbsp pumpkin purée 💫1 tsp coconut oil 💫2 scoops #ffactor2020 vanilla 💫1 tsp cinnamon 💫1 tsp pumpkin spice 💫1/2 tsp baking powder
💫mix wet ingredients, then add in dry. Coat donut pan with coconut oil spray, bake on 400 for 20 mins! for journaling: 27g carbs/21g fiber=6g net carbs (w/o toppings)

I’m on my fourth day of @f_factor step one (going for a week 1/2 until our @sayhellowellness retreat) & I’m feeling better than ever!! One thing that I think is SO important to remember (that @healthywithnedi & @tanyazuckerbrot have talked about this week) is that what you put into your body 🥗🥦🥑🥒 is what will keep you staying lean! Exercise 🤸🏼‍♀️🏋🏼‍♀️ is amazing for your body and I love it to form long lean lines and tone, but you cannot 🙅🏼‍♀️work off a bad diet! Always keeping this in mind when making my food choices! 😉🙃💚 #purelypope

Couldn’t not quote #meangirls today, right?! 😂💁🏼‍♀️But in all reality I couldn’t be happier that October is here, it’s such a fun month and the start of a new season gets me so excited 🤩for the future! I know I’m a bit late, but wanted to share some #octoberintentions with you all:
💫less screen time📱
💫more rest days🧖🏼‍♀️ (I just realized today will be my 8th day in a row working out 😱) the other day I took @stephenpasterino @pvolve class and he stressed the importance of rest days! 💫less meat in my diet (direct result of watching @wthfilm )
💫be a tourist in my own city - make an effort to see/do one new thing each week whether that be a workout, hike, new happy hour spot, etc. 💫time block📝⏰ - heard a lot of this from @theskinnyconfidential and I want to start time blocking my days on what I need to get done and less living in my emails 💫meditate 🧘🏼‍♀️2x/week - just tried for the first time the other day and loved it! ✨

All green everythang this AM 💚🙌🏼

I’ve been so into my @f_factor fiber oats recently - more specifically my #purelypopeGROATS 🍃version! I’m always trying to sneak in veggies wherever I can, and breakfast is no exception! Here’s how you make these babies:
💫blend 1-2 handfuls spinach with about 1/2 cup of water 💫pour mixture over low heat in a sauce pan
💫 add in 1/2 cup @fiberone cereal
💫 add in 2 scoops @f_factor vanilla 20/20 protein powder 💫 allow to simmer on low heat until you get the desired texture! 💫journal for oats: 48g carbs/35g fiber=13g net carbs ✨
Today I served mine with cinnamon, raspberries, unsweetened coconut and a little raw almond butter😋 AND a matcha latte 🍵 (also made with #ffactor2020 and some unsweetened almond milk!) ✨

In honor of @tanyazuckerbrot 🎂👸🏻birthday today, I couldn’t not enjoy a big stack of @f_factor 20/20 🥞🍓pancakes! 😍

Lately I’ve been getting a ton of 🧐questions about the #ffactor 20/20 protein powder, so here is my full review for you all!! 💫 hands down the best tasting protein powder I’ve ever had. None of that chalky flavor that typical protein powders have. 💫 it’s so versatile!! I know you’ve seen me use it in everything from muffins to waffles to coffee to pizza - there is literally nothing you can’t do with this protein powder and the F-Factor website has a ton of recipes for you too! 😋
