Is cholesterol bad ?
YES and NO . Why ? LDL HDL conversions are very complex subject and i am making YouTube vidEO soon to explain it as simple as possible in MY STYLE.. but as for now cholesterol is not as bad as it is posed to be . People are still not worried about consuming so much processed sugar in all forms but scared to eat cheese and panner thinking that will bring them heart blocks . Let me make this clear . FAT WONT KILL YOUR ORGANS , our nervous system is covered by myelin sheet ( made of cholesterol and Protien ) that protects the nervous system and helps to function at its best .body cannot manufacture very important hormones ( like testosterone) without the help of saturated fats .if cholesterol is bad then why body manufacturers 3000ml of cholesterol each day ? So don’t avoid fat . The real culprit is GLORIFIED SUGAR .. SUGAR NOT ONLY MAKE YOU FAT BUT SLOWLY KILLS all your organs 🙏BEWARE

I keep getting this question WHEN WILL MY BODY START BURNING FAT WHILE IAM ON INTERMITTENT FASTING ?
Ok it’s depends on individual, also what type of food you eat during your feeding hours and how fat adopted your body is .. all this three determines when your body will start bring fat when you are on intermittent fasting . I will explain all this 3 points in details in my next write up.

Generally minimum of 4-6 hours and the maximum of 12 hours . Without considering the 3 factors we can still achieve the fat burning after 12 hours Window .
That means your body’s insulin’s levels should be DEAD LOW and your digestive system is no longer digesting any food at all . That is the time your body enters this FAT BURNING MODE
