πŸ‘πŸ’¦ #MondayMotivation resistance band bum workout: 3 exercises for 1 minute, rest for 45 seconds then repeat 4 times till your glutes, hammies and quads are πŸ”₯ Put the thicker band with most resistance just above your knees and a stretchier one around your calves 🌹 1. Squat pull apart focus on sitting back into the squat and driving from your knees outwards βœ”οΈ 2. Kick back, keep your torso upright and core tight, quickly pulling the band back and releasing it slower πŸ™ŒπŸΌ 3. Squat jumps, reach a squat that goes lower than 90 degrees to your legs, snap your legs back together and jump πŸ‘†πŸΌEnjoy! ✨

Promised you a booty workout so here it is for #TrainTuesday πŸ‘ Had so much fun with the awesome @jr_athletesedge smashing it in the gym and then actually waddling home 😭 He also showed me a couple new booty-perking exercises to help target all the muscles in my bum πŸ”₯ 12 reps of cable pull-troughs, 12 kettle bell sumo deadlifts and 12 RDL (Romanian deadlift kneeups) do this 3 times!! Resting a minute in between ✨ WARNING do not underestimate πŸ‘†πŸΌ as simply "InstaFit" exercises.
