If you're finding it impossible to avoid the high cal, junk foods then I really recommend incorporating a once-a-week cheat meal!
I've found it so hard to avoid bread, chocolate & ice cream since I've been back from uni 🍿🍨🍫 πŸ’ͺ🏼Even tho I'm still bossing my workouts I've been letting myself down with food πŸ₯‘
So the last week I revisited my old eating habits of 6/7 days healthy "clean" eating 🌿 and one night having a cheat meal 🍩
It's only been a week I know, but honestly feeling a whole lot better about myself already πŸ™‡πŸ»β€β™€οΈ

Pshhh never mind the flaying hand I'm so excited rn!!!! For a little while since I "came back" to IG I've been a little like ahhh I still don't really know who I am or what I'm going for ATM. And I'm not here to post about random what-not because we all know social media has enough of it πŸ—£ I was lying in bed just now and the idea came to me of what I want to do with my social media and how I want to HELP other people through what I have created πŸ™ŒπŸΌ I was so excited to go to bed earlier haha and now am completely wide awake. I want to create a place for everybody who want to constantly progress in all areas so you can constantly FEEL. Life is about developing, progressing, discovering, failing and achieving πŸ‘ŠπŸΌ There's more to life than beauty, a dress size and fashion (altho don't get me wrong I love all that shiz πŸ’…πŸΌ).
