Feelinโ€™ princessy af ๐Ÿ‘‘ So after kicking ass with keto for about 7 weeks I then went back home to London (which means ๐Ÿฟ๐Ÿฏ๐Ÿซ)... and working on my dissertation contributed to the ๐Ÿฐ So yeah whilst I may have back tracked on some of that progress, having a healthy lifestyle ainโ€™t about the short term sprint, itโ€™s a marathon ๐Ÿƒ๐Ÿฝโ€โ™€๏ธ (not literally... thank god ๐Ÿ™ˆ). Gone back to keto the last 3 days and been working out like a little demon to whip back into shape. Will be doing keto from now until end of May incase any of you wanna join me?! Week 2 paleo...basically replaced my dairy for fruit and sweet potato ๐Ÿ  aka @spinnofflondon_ food ๐Ÿ’™ Been feeling physically and mentally so much better over the last 8 weeks ๐Ÿค™๐Ÿผ Finding myself being pretty grossed out by processed food and always opting for nutrient dense big healthy meals ๐Ÿฅ™ Avoiding packaged snacks (like โ€œheathโ€ bars which tend to be full of sugar or agave which is high in fructose) and snacking on nuts and fruit. Treating myself to things like dark chocolate nuts which are the boooomb โœจ (if you can get your hands on @hotelchocolat dark choc Brazil nuts) wowowow ๐Ÿคค

Some of my favourite healthy meals ๐Ÿฅ„ super easy beef burgers from @musclefooduk, put these in the oven for about 10 mins, fried a red onion with garlic and balsamic vinegar and had it with chopped tomato and avo salad ๐Ÿคค Detailed recipes for everything to come ๐ŸŒŸ @spinnofflondon_ thanks for always giving me meal inspo ๐ŸŒถ #paleo #keto

7 weeks of #keto are UP ๐Ÿค›๐Ÿผ Time goes by soooo fast... when all youโ€™re doing is studying and living a monotonous lifestyle ๐Ÿ˜ญ I decided to stop Keto and start #paleo yesterday! Mainly because I loooove fruit and would prefer to live my life with it ๐Ÿ‰ So essentially Iโ€™ll be cutting out dairy (except full fat butter) and adding in fruits and some complex carbs like sweet potato and more peas! ๐ŸŒŸ My goal is to stick to a dedicated nutrition/ hydration and fitness programme till about mid March and then weโ€™ll have to see whatโ€™s up from there ๐Ÿ’• Been such a huge hep concentrating on how I feel physically and mentally rather than weighing myself etc... ๐Ÿ’– @spinnofflondon_ #transformationtuesday #bbg

Ate my body weight in the form of nachos, frozen margaritas, paella and Maltesers at the movies on Wednesday and looooved every second of it ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿผ Also had ice cream for breakfast because I passed my driving test (โ€ผ๏ธ) and my instructor took me for a sundae... ๐Ÿจ yes, Wednesday was the best day ever ๐Ÿ’› Back to Keto yesterday & just completed #bbg week 6 legs ๐Ÿ˜… Bod is feeling fully functioning again ๐Ÿฝ

Yooo ketooo!โšก๏ธHit the 6 week mark today (feeling proud of my results haha can u tell? ๐Ÿ˜‚). I made these โ€œKeto cinnamon squaresโ€, coconut oil, coconut cream, oil (coconut again), sweetener, cinnamon and psyllium husk powder. Full recipe will be posted on my story. But ngl after eating way too many lol my digestion system was not happy ๐Ÿ˜Ÿ These are Keto-friendly but when you havenโ€™t had anything carby in a while and you have most of them then theyโ€™re a bit of a shock to the system. So I decided to try finish off next week w/ a perfect #keto week ๐ŸŽ (Except V day when Iโ€™m having Mexican and a tub of popcorn at the movies thank you v much ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿผโ˜บ๏ธ)

Finally feel like Iโ€™ve reached my level of fitness which Iโ€™m proud of ๐Ÿ‘๐ŸผTaken me 6 weeks of proper nutrition, hydration and training to get back here but always worth it ๐Ÿ… Got a few more days before I start incorporating carbs (in the form of fruit) back into my diet ๐ŸŒผ๐ŸŒ Apparently most people fall off their goal by Valentineโ€™s Day and then donโ€™t find their focus again ๐ŸŒฌ Donโ€™t let that be you ๐ŸฅŠ Keep your goals simple but keep them solid. Donโ€™t reach for something unachievable, donโ€™t torture your mind, body and soul in the process. Aim for health and happiness and add in some challenges, discipline and hard work to give yourself a sense of fulfilment and purpose ๐Ÿ’• #ketodiet #progress
