‼️PLANCHE TIP‼️ Stop aiming for Straddle Planche!
I see so many people "stuck" in their planche progress, blaming it on lack of core strength, but in reality, most people training straddle planche are NOT at all ready for that progression. It's not your "core" or technique that is lacking but your Front Deltoid and Bicep strength.
A more accurate gauge of your shoulder and bicep abilities in planche is the Half Layout progression or a strict Single-Leg Planche, or if the Single-Leg Planche profession is too difficult, aim for an Advanced Tuck or even regress to Handstand Push-ups to truly build the foundations.
