This is what macros looks like. It's 10:16pm after class, and I came home to nearly all of my prepped brown rice GONE! ๐Ÿš and upstairs in my loft is my sleeping beauty fiancรฉ with a full belly. The dog and I are currently trying to figure out how to meet our carbs with nothing but ketchup, triscuits, and ice cream. Tomorrow is a new day and a new opportunity to tell my fiancรฉ don't ever touch my rice or I'll cut you ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿผ
