This is what macros looks like. It's 10:16pm after class, and I came home to nearly all of my prepped brown rice GONE! 🍚 and upstairs in my loft is my sleeping beauty fiancΓ© with a full belly. The dog and I are currently trying to figure out how to meet our carbs with nothing but ketchup, triscuits, and ice cream. Tomorrow is a new day and a new opportunity to tell my fiancΓ© don't ever touch my rice or I'll cut you πŸ™πŸΌπŸ™πŸΌπŸ™πŸΌ

Naturally I'm fairly petite in stature, so it has been a true challenge for me to lift heavier. It sounds crazy to say that 10lb dumbbells were heavy for me, but it's the truth! This is 3x15 hammer curls @ 15 lbs and I'm super proud of this growth. I hope in the next few weeks/month I can move to 20 lbs πŸ€™πŸΌ

Why did I leave my creepy/heavy breathing stay in this video?? Because working hard is not glamorous, in fact it is gross... and 98% of the time I look stupid and sound like I'm dying
