1. Scott Harvey added to his list of summer accomplishments by winning the George C. Thomas Invitational at Los Angeles Country Club, host of the 2017 The Walker Cup.

2. Riley Hamilton won the 2017 2017 Carolinas Junior Pga Championship (girls 12-15) with scores of 76-78.

3. Grace Yatawara finished T7th (71-74-78) and Rachael Mast finished 9th (69-75-80) in the North Carolina Women's Golf Association Women's Amateur.

4. Katherine Perry Hamski made another cut at LPGA NW Arkansas Championship with scores of 72-69-72.

5. In addition to hosting the Peggy Kirk Bell Girls Golf Tour Precision Golf Championship at Bryan Park Golf and Conference Center this week, we had 3 girls finish in the top 6. Olivia John finished 2nd (72-76), Hailey Joy finished T3rd (75-75) and Mackenzie Battle finished T6 (77-77). In the futures division, Laney Wessels finished T3rd (78-82) and Macie Burcham finished 5th (83-81). 6. This past Monday, Hailey Joy shot 74 in the United States Golf Association - USGA Junior Girls Qualifier at Raintree Country Club. She was in a 4 way playoff for the 2nd alternate spot, and sunk a 20 ft birdie putt to win on the first playoff hole!

7. Andrew Wood shot 76 in Trusted Choice Big I National Championship qualifying.

8. Brady Eckard finished T30 in the Rice Planters Amateur Tournament with scores of 70-76-75. 📸credit: Golfweek
