Woke up this morning with a tired body but had planned to go out and see how my body responds to the aerobic long run this morning. Took it slow and happy to have company from Mirian Runners (Mr.Ado and Mr. Yeo) for the first 30km. Finished the session at 8:30am with 5km at Marathon Pace!

Lo mas importante es lograr una buena POSTURA.
Para cualquier deporte o actividad fisica es lo primero que debe atenderse para conseguir eficiencia mecanica y rendimiento.

La postura se entrena todos los dias! Durmiendo. Sentado. Caminando. Corriendo.
de pie, tu peso donde se encuentra? En el talon? Tenes las rodillas extendidas? Cargas la espalda.

En semiflexion con el peso en el metatarso se puede estabilizar la zona media contrayendo el gluteo y el abdomen evitando cargar la espalda.
Si tenes dolor de espalda debes aprender como estabilizar la zona media. Fortalecer tu "nucleo" y gluteos y hacerlo conciente.
Parece dificil pero con el tiempo se hace habito y se logra una buena postura para la vida.
