Got my head back in the game! Day one of tracking my food honestly .. I have only been half hearted in my attempts for the last few months, and not going in the direction I want! Set some new goals and ready to recommit😃
I'm so excited!! Did my 8 week fitness test today and I smashed it!! I was hoping to get a score close to 50! Improved my 1km time from 8.21 mins to 6.33 ..I am totally shocked at what I am achieving doing 12WBT!! I love this programme!
