Glutamine 👉🏾 An amino acid that is a building block of protein, helps to preserve muscle tissue! Also helps gut function, the immune system and other essential processes in the body, especially in times of stress (eg training).
EEAs 👉🏾 these are ESSENTIAL amino acids, therefore aren't already produced by the body.
Both help with repair and growth of muscle tissue. These are so important especially being in a calorie deficit you need to make sure your gains aren't going to waste when wanting to increase muscle mass or when wanting to lose body fat! 📸 @___lanamay
