Back attackkk 😤🔥 I am obsessed with the look of a muscular back because its just so sexy on the women body. These exercises are great if you want to achieve that muscular toned look!

As usual, choose a weight that is challenging, but not too heavy where you won’t be able to have proper form! Let’s do 3 reps of 10 babes 👏🏼

🦋 Bent over dumbbell rows—I just started doing these and I love it because it also engages your core!!
.
🦋 Single arm dumbbell flys
.
🦋 Smith machine does—also a new fave because you don’t have to worry about balancing the barbell and the movements are more controlled!
.
🦋 Lat cable pull downs—pull your bar to your body and HOLD at the end of each rep to fully engage your lats!

The human body is 60% water. But I’m pretty sure mine is 60% kombucha 🙃 Any other kombucha kweens on here? 🧡

At times, I really am my biggest critic and doubt myself more than anyone else actually doubts me. Not only does this hold me back in life, but I also end up giving up more easily under the pretense that “I just can’t do it”.

But in reality, being able to give yourself love and encouragement is already half the battle!

The next time you feel as though you “just CANT”, remember right now, there are people less qualified than you, doing the things you want, simply because they decided to believe in themselves. So take that leap of faith hunny because if you believe that you can, then you will 💛

Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Oats—aka how to start your morning off with a BANG 😝✨

Breakfast is one of the hardest meals for me to get in protein, because I only like sweet stuff in the AM 🙊 But with @drinkorgain & @silk protein milk, together with quick oats in the microwave, I can get a protein-packed breakfast made fast!

Not to mention, Orgain’s chocolate pb protein tastes EXACTLY like Reese’s peanut butter cup...and you know I could never complain about dessert for breakfast 😌

5 plank variations. 1 minute each. You can see on my face how hard this is...😂😭 But hey fitness ain’t no walk in the park! 💪🏼🔥

1️⃣ Opposite arm opposite leg plank. This one is HELL because my balance game is weak 😂 but try and lift your arm and leg at the same time if possible...and slowly 😅

2️⃣ Lateral Raise in plank. Grab some lighter dumbbells for this. Do 30 seconds with one arm then switch.

3️⃣ Rocking plank. Ok this one is also hell. Slowly move your body forward by rising higher onto your toes. Keep moving forward for as far as you can and then lower your toes to go back to regular plank. Repeat!!
4️⃣ Plank shoulder taps.

5️⃣ Twisted Mountain Climber. Really engage your core here with each twist!

Shouldersss 💪🏼 one of my faves to train cus shoulders give your arms that amazing strong toned look!
Give some of these a go on your next upper body day 🔥 3 sets each:

1️⃣ Lateral raises with one arm kept up at shoulder level. This one burns so good 😈 10 reps each arm.

2️⃣ Plate twists. Grab a weight that is manageable because you’ll be spinning the weight 20x total on both left and right sides.

3️⃣ Lateral raises with cables. Make sure to do these with control so you can feel the mind to muscle connection on your shoulders. This exercise is similar to number 1, but more challenging because there is more strain on your muscles! Do 10 reps on each arm 💪🏼

4️⃣ Military press. Ensure to position your elbows forward a few degrees from your shoulder plane. This will help you push upward more naturally. Descend the weight SLOWLY to make the most out of your lift. 10 reps.
