Oh dear meditation. 😆 It's itching, uncomfortable with my leg, my back hurts, my long hair is poking in my nose, my sweat is ticklish when it runs down my body, is that a buzzing fly in my ear? All these distractions are normal and it's important to take control of you BODY and MIND with practice and dedication.
And a strong man really needs a strong mind.
Being calm in a storm is a necessity for the inner masculine, either its a outside threat 🦁 or a feisty woman 😠 that needs a firm pillar to hold on to in dire times. Someone that can handle situations with strength and well thought decisions in stressful times. And always stands up for what he believes in with confidence and doesn't give in just because there's an outside resistance from people or events.
The things I ask myself in a meditation is "Who am I?" Well, I am the force of masculine, the never-changing non-dual pillar. Surrounded by a contant storm of feminine force as the always-changing nature that consists of thoughts, humans, earth and the whole universe.
I began with just 10 minutes and maybe just 1 per week. But the last week I've been doing my daily meditations with 15 minutes and every day increased with 1 minute. So today I did a 26 minute session in the strong morning sun.
