Smoothie tip ๐Ÿ‘‰ I always keep a few almonds soaking in water. That way I can always make almond milk just before I add it to smoothies.
And if you end up not wanting to use it for making milk, you can always just eat them! Soaking your nuts makes them easier to digest. It breaks down the phytic acid so it can be absorbed properly.

Hey guys! We just got back from a little trip to Italy! On one of the days we rented bikes and went to @fattoriamontecchio - an great winery! The wine and food were amazing! They were flexible as well: I got a nice plate of marinated veggies instead of meat. Now back in London, this is my attempt at extending our trip - cooking pasta! ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡น

Here's a close-up of the vegan 'quiches' from my profile picture. I used chickpea flour instead of eggs, added a couple veggies and parsley, poured in muffin tray and popped them in the oven.

Happy Friday! Any Canadians who will be celebrating Thanksgiving this weekend? ๐Ÿ I know I sure am! I'll just be munching on these chocolate rice puff bars until I can get my hands on some pumpkin pie!
