Hello Saturday!!!!! Tonight I hit tray 30/40 for my @Invisalign ! I've wanted this day for so long although its come so fast considering I've only been using Invisalign for 3.5 months! The next 10 trays will be amazing ! I'm so thankful that Dr Duncan at @straightsmilecentre allowed me to go on this crazy journey so fast ! My teeth will be straight for my wedding ! There will be more trays after my wedding but that's all for fine tuning and perfecting my bite. My teeth will already be perfectly straight ! Can't wait to post teeth smiling photos all the time haha

Finally got my hands on this @lornajaneactive crop top I've wanted forever , and it was my lucky day ! It was 50% off because it had a stain and I just washed it and it's come straight out !! πŸ™ŒπŸΌ Mind my tired eyes I've been exhausting myself at the gym this week πŸ˜‚

Today marks day 5/5 days going to the gym , I did 1.5 hours with my girls ! An hour yoga class and then 30 mins heavy weights and I have my first pt session with @djjoshadelaide tomorrow to sort out my life πŸ˜‚ πŸ’ͺ🏼 !

It's really crazy when I look at how far I've come in the last year! I was always the skinny girl, my whole life until I had my boobs done and put on 7kgs. I couldn't work out, I was eating crappy and was pretty damn depressed. In October 2016 I decided I didn't want to be like that anymore and I actually lost weight while on vacation in America, only 2kgs but still!! Which is totally unheard of! Haha! In December 2016 Caleb and I joined @goodlifehc and I remember the first day we went, I had a anxiety attack outside and was tearing up and he helped calm me down and held my hand and stayed by me for the first session. Slowly but surely I gained confidence going to the gym by myself and I have been going 1-5 times a week since! I've also cut out a lot of things in my diet and I've been monitoring my macros and even increased how much I was eating from around 1000 calories a day to 1400-1600 calories a day. I focus on having high fat and high protein. I get around 60-100g of protein a day. I've decreased my sugar intake from 160g a day average to 20-50g a day! I've made these changes all slowly and it's become a lifestyle habit and not a diet! We have also been pescetarian for over 6 months now. I've become so much happier and my energy has increased so much! I was also told I would never get over my chronic fatigue by 2 different doctors and I have !!! I've been gluten free now for 3 years, but 150% for a year and I never have to have afternoon naps anymore! I have so much energy! I post these photos to try to give even just one other person confidence to make changes in their life ! Trust me, it's all worth it! πŸ’•πŸ˜˜πŸŒΈ
