Sculpting curvy legs with lying leg curls which focusses on the hamstring muscle:

❇️ Slow on the eccentric phase of the exercise (lowering movement).
- ❇️ You can pause at the top of the exercise and hold for 1 to 2 count
- ❇️ Perform 4 sets for 10 to 12 reps

Reality check for you that fitness models do not always look how they do on 'stage' all year round. It takes months of prep to get 'stage ready'. Too low of a body fat % is not sustainable long term. Keep this in mind when you see fitness models posting their competition photos that A LOT of grind has gone into it and we don't walk around looking that way day in day out.

Benefits:
🔹Reduces compression of the lumbars so you can train harder without hurting your lower back.
🔹Elevating heels allows for greater depth in the squat with improved range of motion in the knees and decreased range of motion in hip.

Ladies listen up! You do not need to be afraid of heavy weights! They will not make you look manly. Lifting weights will help you sculpt strong, beautiful curves and transform your mindset into a more confident version of you.
When I first entered the weights area of the gym I had NO IDEA what I was doing 🤷. If this sounds like you, find a gym buddy to train with, watch workout videos on Instagram or even sign up with a trainer. The best investment I ever made was finding a coach to show me the ropes, map out my training plan so all I had to do was show up and do-the-work.
