Currently 11 weeks out and in desperate need of a tan!! πŸ€£πŸ˜‚ I've been sitting at 130lbs and 14% bodyfat consistently for the past 5 weeks. This week, made slight tweaks to my macros (total calories unchanged) and I've dropped 1lb and 0.5% bodyfat in 5 days πŸ‘. Let's see what shape I can bring over the next 11 week transformation. πŸ’ͺ

Glute Bridges! A fav exercise for building the booty.

Glute Bridges can be performed with weight or simply bodyweight. What I love about this exercise is the mind muscle connection achieved ▢️ you really feel the glute activating. Mind muscle connection is very important so you get the most out of every rep and don't just go through the motions.

Give them a go! Tip - wrap a towel around the bar so you don't hurts your hips 🀷

Ladies listen up! Lifting weights will help you to sculpt strong, beautiful curves. No need to be afraid of heavy weights! πŸ™

Extremely hectic work week! I'm happy to report that I've still managed to get in all my lift and fasted cardio sessions βž• πŸ’― on track with my macros. Giving myself a pat on the back πŸ™. βž–βž–βž–βž–βž–βž–βž–βž–
Life is busy, stresses may pop up can de-rail you. I overcome these situations by planning ahead. Prepping my meals, thinking through options to fit in my workouts if I have to work late AND most importantly, staying mentally positive. And when things don't always go as planned, don't sweat it! There's always a new day tomorrow.
