😋 Kale Cesar Salad ft. @quornusa Naked Chik'n Cutlet. #vegetarian #meatlessmonday
Prepare Kale 🥗 |
Bring 4-6 Cups of water to a rolling boil in a medium
sized pot. Then, add 3.0 cups of fresh kale. Stir leaves,
remove after 30 seconds. Remove kale from hot water,
rinse under cold water. Use cloth to drain excess water
from leaves. Use ghee & coconut oil (or avocado
oil) to massage kale leaves. Let set for 5 minutes.
Next, add chopped red onions, fresh jalapeño peppers and black pepper to taste. Add 1.5 TBSP LITE Cesar Ranch dressing. Mix until well combined. Let stand in fridge for 10-15 minutes.
Prepare Cutlet |
In a bowl, mix 1.5 to 2.0 TBSP vegetable broth and 1/8
TSP Grace Browning, then add to sauce pan on low
medium heat. Add @quornusa Cutlet to pan. Allow the
liquid mixture to coat both sides of cutlet (this gives it
that beautiful color). Season cutlet with black pepper,
cayenne pepper and a pinch of salt. Cook cutlet for
approximately 4-7 minutes on each side (do not
overcook). Towards the last 2-3 minutes, add FRESH
grated garlic to the pan. Remove from heat. Set cutlet aside for one minute, then slice.
Plate greens, add cutlet on top, along with fresh tomato, avocado and parmesan. 🥑🧀😋 #enjoy
