You've heard the rumors...now it's confirmed...The Los Angeles Police Department has joined the Pink Patch Project!
The iconic LAPD "Traffic" patch has been used by the LAPD since 1947 and it is now available in pink as part of the department's participation in the Pink Patch Project. Needless to say, we are humbled and honored to have them join us in our fight against breast cancer!
The official LAPD pink patches are available for $10 each at William H. Parker Los Angeles Police Foundation located at 1880 North Academy Drive, Los Angeles, CA 90012, phone (213) 847-1226/1227 or at the Los Angeles Police Museum located at 6045 York Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90042, phone (323) 344-9445.
You can also purchase the patches on-line from the City of Hope "CityShop" at https://cityshop.cityofhope.org/products?s%5Bf%5D%5Bc%5D%5B%5D=%2FPink+Patch+Project
Proceeds from the sale of these special LAPD patches will go to support City of Hope.
Please help us welcome LAPD to our program!
